Why can't I pay with a card?
Card processing costs about 3% plus thirty cents — most of my margin. Order, and you get an email with the total and my e-transfer address. Cash works for pickup.
So what happens when I click order?
The cards come off the shelf and are held for 48 hours. You get an email with the total and payment details. Nothing is charged, no card details are collected, and the hold expires on its own if you change your mind.
How do I know the condition is accurate?
Graded conservatively — borderline cards get the lower grade. Anything over about $50 is photographed individually. If it arrives worse than described, I replace or refund it and cover the postage.
Where do the prices come from?
Market rate in USD, converted at the Bank of Canada's daily rate, adjusted for condition, refreshed nightly. Nothing is pegged to a competitor's feed.
Is there a minimum order?
$20.00. Below that, postage and packaging cost more than the cards bring in. Shipping is $5.00 flat, free over $100.00, and free for local pickup.
Can you find me a card that isn't listed?
Often. Send a want list through the contact form and I'll quote you if I have it or can get it.
Why is there no buylist with prices on it?
A published number has to be low enough to cover every card it might apply to, so it is wrong for most of them. Send me what you have and get a real one. Start here.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet — customs and the risk on a lost parcel are more than this can absorb.
Are these authentic?
Yes — sourced from shops, distributors and players over two decades, never overseas bulk sellers. Ask and I'll send extra photos before you buy.
